GREENVILLE JUNCTION John R. Ward, 59, passed away Jan. 13, 2009, at a Bangor hospital. He was born Oct. 14, 1949, in Greenville, to Art and Simone (Gagnon) Ward. He was married to Lori Ward for 30 years. He was owner of Wards Painting Co. John was loved by everyone who knew him. He loved people, life, nature and everything that is beautiful. He was a special caring, giving person. To his very special friends, Rollie, his crew, the gang at Auntie M’s and Breton’s, he will be greatly missed. He was predeceased by his parents; and brother, Bruce. He is survived by his wife, Lori; son, Jake; stepchildren, Kari and Corey; brothers, Tim and Mike; and sister, Susan. He also leaves behind his very special furry friends and a bird who will miss him so much. At John’s request, there will be no visitation or service.
