OAK BAY, New Brunswick – Sandra Jean Phee, wife of Philip Phee, passed away March 21, 2009, at Charlotte County Hospital, St. Stephen, New Brunswick. She was the daughter of the late Carroll and Blanche Helen (Harris) Ramsdell. Sandra is survived by her husband; son, Gary W. Lee Jr.; brothers-in-law, Gary Phee and Catherine of Connecticut, Donald Phee of New York and David Phee of Connecticut; several nieces and nephews; and three special great-nieces, Alexis and Charity Phee and Delaney McLay. Resting at S. O. Mehan & Son Funeral Home Ltd., 23 Main St., St. Stephen, New Brunswick, where the funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 25. Visiting hours will be held 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday, March 24, at the funeral home. Interment at Calais City Cemetery, Calais.
