STONINGTON – Hazel Robbins Bean, 80, died Monday, July 13, 2009, at a Blue Hill health care facility after a long illness. She was born March 19, 1929, on Beals Island, the daughter of the late Leeman and Bernice (Faulkingham) Griffin. Services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, July 17, at Church of Jesus Christ Restoration Branch, Route 15, Sunset, with Elder Michael Shephard officiating. Relatives and friends are welcome to share with the family 6-8 p.m. Thursday, July 16, at Bragdon-Kelley Funeral Home, Thurlows Hill, Stonington.
