VEAZIE – Lynn L. “Lynnie” Smith, 56, went to be with her Savior, Jesus Christ, Nov. 7, 2009, at a Bangor hospital after a brief illness. She was born March 29, 1953, in Bangor, the daughter of Frank E. and Leone E. (Hammond) Page. Lynn loved her family and enjoyed the times that she spent with them. She liked to watch television, especially episodes of Little House on the Prairie and The Waltons. Surviving are her life partner, George Dufour of Veazie; two children, Jaime Ivers and her husband, Aaron, of Hampden, and Bill St. Germain and his wife, Bobbi Jo, of Bangor; six grandchildren that she called “her babies,” Mersadie L. and Maddison E. Ivers, John W. St. Germain III, Kaitlyn E., Zachary T. and Sydney L. St. Germain; three sisters, Sandra Whittington, Cathy Gilman and her husband, Steve, Dolores Blanchard and her husband, James; one brother, Bob “Pud” Robertson; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents; and a brother, Ronnie Robertson. Family and friends may visit 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 11, at Kiley & Foley Funeral Service, 69 State St., Brewer. A memorial service honoring her life will be held 1 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 12, at Bangor Baptist Church, Broadway, Bangor, with the Rev. Jerry Mick, senior pastor, presiding.
