OLD TOWN – Beverly Rose (Garceau) Cote, 83, went home to her Lord and Savior Dec. 9, 2009, at Eastside Rehabilitation and Living Center, where she spent the last 18 years of her life. She was surrounded by her family with love and went peacefully. She was born Sept. 10, 1926. Beverly grew up on Pinkham’s Farm, Stillwater, where she worked hard every night after school milking the cows. She was a homemaker who loved cooking for her family. She was known for her delicious spaghetti feast with her homemade yeast rolls. She will be sadly missed and survived by her two daughters, Judy Delaware and husband, Sterling, of Bradley, and Sandra Thibeault of Milford; her sons, Richard Cote and wife, Peggy, of Alton, Gary Cote and wife, Gale, of Veazie, Wayne Cote and Harriet of Milford, and Brian Cote and wife, Debbie, of Texas; many grandkids, several great-grandkids, two great-great-grandkids; and one brother, Bubs Garceau of Old Town. Beverly was predeceased by her husband, Robert Eugene Cote; their son, Robert Ernest Cote “Tiny”; son-in-law, Vernon Thibeault; and one brother, Rammie Garceau. She has a very special and caring sister-in-law, Bernice Curtis and her husband, Tinky, of Milford. In addition to her family, she has a very special caring friend, Cindy St. Louis; and all at Eastside Rehabilitation and Living Center. Family and friends may call noon-1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 12, at Birmingham Funeral Home, 438 Main St., Old Town, where a funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Interment will be in the spring at St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
