DEXTER – Duane G. Cote, 61, died Dec. 25, 2009, at a Bangor hospital, after a long illness. He was born Jan. 8, 1948, in Dexter, a son of Albert and Maxine (Clukey) Cote. Duane retired as a machinist from FayScott Co., Dexter. He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Maxine and Roland Bernier of Winter Haven, Fla.; a son, Shane Cote of North Haven; a brother, Alan Cote of Bradford; and two nieces, Kimberly and husband, George Bock, of Cambridge and Brenda Cote of Harmony. He was predeceased by a special stepfather, Francis Diadone. There will be no services at this time. Graveside committal services will be held in the spring at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter.
