HOULTON – Isabelle M. Fitzpatrick, 88, died Jan. 4, 2010, at a Bangor hospital. She was born Feb. 13, 1921, in Danforth, the daughter of Frank J. and Clara (McCluskey) McAtee. Isabelle was a communicant of Saint Mary of the Visitation Church and member of Council of Catholic Women. She loved spending time with her daughters, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and the many hours spent at the Shin Pond camp. Isabelle is survived by three daughters, Susan Karnes and her husband, Gil, of LaGrange, Martha Mosher and her husband, Morgan, of Scarborough, and Barbara Saucier and her husband, Steven, of Port Charlotte, Fla.; three grandchildren, Scott Durost and his wife, Stacie, Jeremy Durost and his wife, Kelly, and Brad Durost and his wife, Maria; great-grandchildren, Julia, Savannah, Lyndsie and Isabella; two sisters, Ruth McGillicuddy and Rita Benn, both of Houlton; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Jerry; infant daughter, Ellen; and sister, Virginia Smith. Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Dunn Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Thursday at Saint Mary of the Visitation Church with the Rev. David Raymond, celebrant. Interment will be at St. Mary’s Cemetery.
