LINCOLN – Lisa D. Dill, 51, peacefully joined the Lord Jan. 9, 2010, surrounded by friends and family at her home. Lisa was born June 22, 1958, in South Bend, Ind., the daughter of Alan and Betty (Pillsbury) Lougar. She graduated from Nashua High School and attended Keene State College’s nursing program. She married her best friend, Donald, Sept. 2, 1979. Lisa soared through life with a positive attitude and a contagious smile. She had always been an active volunteer in the local schools, libraries and the American Cancer Society’s Reach to Recovery program and was the recipient of the American Cancer Society’s Courage Award. Lisa enjoyed the outdoors and was known for her green thumb and love of wildlife. She enjoyed many different crafts and always enjoyed learning new things. Lisa loved to travel and treasured her special relationships with friends and family. At the end of the day, she always enjoyed a good cup of hot tea. In addition to her parents, Alan and Betty (Pillsbury) Lougar of Livingston, Texas, she is survived by her husband, Donald Dill of Lincoln; two daughters, Robyn of White Coarse, N.C., and Melissa of Dexter; two brothers, David of Buffalo, Wyo., and Mark of Thornton, N.H.; two grandchildren, Abby and Cammy; many nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and a large extended family. Friends may call 6-9 p.m. Tuesday at Clay Funeral Home, 7 Lee Road, Lincoln, where funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday with the Rev. Jack Stewart officiating.
