MARS HILL – Frederick M. Williams, 70, died March 3, 2010, at a Presque Isle hospital. He was born Aug. 8, 1939, in New Castle, Ind., the son of Marshall and Marjorie (Blessinger) Williams. Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Saturday, March 6, at First Free Baptist Church, Blaine. Relatives and friends may call 1 p.m. until the time of service at the church.
