GUILFORD – Harold E. Jones Sr. 60, died April 24, 2010, as the result of a boating accident. He was born Sept. 27, 1949, in Providence, R.I., son of Harold Rigby and Margaret (Fisher) Jones Rigby. He is survived by his wife, Joyce Jones of Guilford; a son, Harold Jones Jr. of Guilford; two daughters, Wendy Jones of Oregon and Jennifer Peltier of Rhode Island; three grandchildren, Jerry, Hannah and Cameron; six brothers and sisters, many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a sister and two brothers. A gathering in his memory will be held noon-4 p.m. Saturday, May 1, at his home in Guilford.
