YORK – Thomas P. Doucette Sr., 80, formerly of East Machias and Waltham, Mass., passed away July 18, 2010, in Tewksbury, Mass. He is son of the late Thomas H. and Marguerite (Herlihy) Doucette; and stepson of the late Pauline Beaulieau. Thomas was a Korean War Army Air Corps veteran. He is the beloved husband of 45 years to Patricia “Pat” (Pendelton) Doucette; devoted father of Louise A. “Lou Anne” Lorfing and her husband, Louis, of Salem, N.H., Diane M. Corbett and her husband, Mark, of Tewksbury, Mass., Suzanne Attaei of Machias, Thomas P. Doucette Jr. of Tewksbury, Mass., Steven M. Doucette of Lincoln, Mich., and Peter J. Doucette of Denver; brother of Louis J. Doucette and his wife, Loraine, of Miami and the late Peter M. Doucette. He leaves 17 grandchildren, two great-grand-children, many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews; a special daughter-in-law, Victoria Doucette of Norfolk, Va.; and a special sister-in-law, Carole Doucette of Waltham, Mass. Mr. Doucette was grandfather of the late Thomas P. Doucette III. Calling hours will be held 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, July 20, at Farmer & Dee Funeral Home, 16 Lee St., Tewksbury, Mass., where funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 21, with a funeral Mass will be held 11:30 a.m. at St. Williams Church, 1351 Main St., Route 38, Tewksbury, Mass.
