CARIBOU – Mavis M. Michaud, 73, died Aug. 11, 2010, in Caribou. She was born May 4, 1937, in Madawaska, daughter of the late Arthur and Alvine (Saucier) Baron. Mrs. Michaud was employed at several area businesses, including Birds Eye Division of General Foods and Mecon Manufacturing, Caribou. She was predeceased by her first husband, Dwayne Bouchard Sr.; as well as her second husband, Elbridge Michaud. She is survived by her daughter, Deborah Habeeb of Caribou; her five sons, Dwayne Bouchard Jr. of Perham, Brian Bouchard of Caribou, Darryl Bouchard of Perham, Richard Bouchard of Hermon and Jonathan Bouchard of Caribou; two brothers, Gerald and Alban Baron, both of Madawaska; one sister, Fern Cormier of Connecticut; 13 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. Friends may call 10 a.m. until the time of service Saturday, Aug. 14, at Mockler Funeral Home, 24 Reservoir St., Caribou, where a service will begin 11 a.m. with the Rev. Raymond Morency officiating. Interment will be at New Holy Rosary Cemetery.
