BANGOR – Muriel “Judy” (Kelsey) Boutilier, 93, passed away Sept. 17, 2010, at a local nursing facility. She was born Dec. 1, 1916, in Middletown, Conn. She was predeceased by her husband of 40 years, Allen Boutilier, Oct. 23, 1987. She is survived by a sister, two daughters, six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Services will be private.
