ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., and BREWER – Harold L. Whitmore Jr., 66, husband of 39 years to devoted wife, Judith A. (Garceau) Whitmore, passed away Oct. 2, 2010, surrounded by family at his home in St. Petersburg, Fla. Harold was born Jan. 6, 1944, in Fort Fairfield, son of the late Harold and Annie (Davenport) Whitmore of Caribou. Harold is survived by his wife, Judith; daughter and son-in-law, Wanda (Whitmore) and Vincent McMullen of St. Petersburg, Fla.; son and his fiance, John Whitmore and Amy Burgess of Dallas, Ga.; five grandchildren, Paul and Melissa Story, Taylor and Kaylee Whitmore, and Danielle Burgess; brother and his wife, George and Pauline Whitmore of Caribou; and his sister and her husband, Kathleen (Whitmore) and Charles Logsdon of Limestone. Burial will be held 3 p.m. Nov. 21 at Evergreen Cemetery, Boynton Street, Bradley.
