STETSON – Heather M. (Allen) Deane, 39, wife of Daniel J. Deane, died unexpectedly Feb. 6, 2011, at her home. She was born Feb. 10, 1971, in Bangor, daughter of Earl G. and Phylis A. (Robichaud) Allen.
She was an animal lover and especially loved horses. Heather also belonged to Central Maine Trail Blazers, Corinna, and devoted every waking minute to her three children.
Surviving, in addition to her husband of Stetson and her mother of Winterport, are two sons, Joshua and Jared Deane; a daughter, Jenna Deane, all of Stetson; her father-in-law, Thomas Deane of Canaan; her mother-in-law, Susan Connolly and her husband, Joe, of Corinth; two brothers, Scott Allen of Winterport and Christopher Allen and his wife, Anna, of Albany, N.Y.; a special aunt and uncle, Jeanette Jack and John Robichaud; a special lifelong friend, Laura Cavazos; along with many cousins and friends. Heather was predeceased by her father and her stepmother-in-law, Jeanne Deane.
Friends may visit 6-8 p.m. Friday at Thompson Funeral Home, 17 Hudson Road, Corinth, where funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Saturday with the Rev. Walter Woitasek officiating. Spring burial will be at Corinthian Cemetery, Corinth. Please visit
