MIDDLEBOROUGH, Mass., and CARMEL – Deborah (Nute) Erickson, beloved wife, mother and grandmother, died March 11, 2011, after a brief illness. She was born Feb. 19, 1950, in Blue Hill, to Charles and Althea Nute.
Deborah was a 1968 graduate of Hermon High School. She was employed by Straight Ahead Ministries, Worcester, Mass.
She was predeceased by her father, Charles B. Nute II of Carmel. Surviving, in addition to her husband, David, are two children: daughter, Darcy and her husband, Mike Sanders, of Woodbridge, Va., and son, Todd and wife, Angela Erickson, of Bangor. She was a loving grandmother of five, Joel and Nathan Sanders, and Melody, Samuel and Alton Erickson. She is also survived by her mother, Althea Nute of Carmel; nine siblings, their spouses and children; plus many countless devoted friends and relatives.
