BANGOR – Heidi A. Holsomback, 67, wife of the late William A. Holsomback, died May 19, 2011, at her residence. She was born March 2, 1944, in Massachusetts, the daughter of Irving J. and Nancy (Abbott) Rosbeck.
She was a dedicated soldier of the Salvation Army Bangor Citadel Corps (member of the Salvation Army church), active in the ladies’ Home League as worship chairman, and a dear friend to many.
She is survived by three children, Jeri Lynn Poulin, Polly Ann Freeman and David Phillip Stickney; two foster children, Shelle Miller and Marie Stalter; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a brother, Peter Rosbeck.
A memorial service will be held 4:30 p.m. Thursday, May 26, at the Salvation Army Bangor Citadel Corps, 65 South Park St., Bangor, with Capt. Timothy Clark, corps officer, officiating. Gifts in her memory may be sent to Salvation Army Bangor Citadel Corps, 65 South Park St., Bangor ME 04401.
