BUCKSPORT – Leamen Henry Allen Jr., 22, passed away Sept. 1, 2011, at a Bangor hospital. Leamen was born May 20, 1989, in Bangor, the son of Leamen H. Allen Sr. and Cindy T. (Burgess) Pye.
Leamen is survived by his parents, Cindy T. Pye and husband, Daniel, of Bucksport; his father, Leamen H. Allen Sr. and his wife, Deanna Allen, of Bangor; maternal grandparents, Clayton and Michele Burgess of Bucksport; paternal grandparents, Billy and Arlene Bowden of Bucksport; a stepsister, Jenna Procise; a half sister, Amanda Thibodeau and husband, David; a very special nephew, Brody Thibodeau; his significant other, Samantha Duranko; as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Family and friends may visit 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 7, at Hampden-Gilpatrick Funeral Home, 45 Western Ave., Hampden. A graveside service will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 10, at Riverview Cemetery, Route 15, Bucksport. Memorial contributions in Leamen’s honor may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
