MACHIAS – Olga Gleske, born Oct. 15, 1913, in Gombin, Poland, passed away peacefully Sept. 15, 2011.
Olga and her sons emigrated from Germany to Cleveland in 1950. She worked for many years in Cleveland. She retired in 1992 and moved to Melbourne, Fla., to live with her son, Helmuth Gleske. Upon her son’s retirement, she moved with him to Machias.
Olga is survived by her son, Helmuth; daughter-in-law, Marie; and her granddaughter, Renee Gleske. Olga was predeceased by her husband, Walter Gleske; son, Irwin Gleske; daughter, Gertrude Gleske; and grandson, James Gleske.
There will be a private service at a later date.
