PORTSMOUTH, N.H. – LaRoy Albert Derby, 97, passed away Aug. 17, 2011, at Portsmouth Regional Hospital.
He was formerly a longtime active member of the town of Stetson and beloved husband of the late Virginia (Barstow) Derby.
