MADAWASKA – Gilman Bouchard, 60, passed away Dec. 13, 2011, at a Van Buren health care facility. He was born Aug. 19, 1951, in Madawaska, son of the late Emile and Annette (Hebert) Bouchard.
Gilman is survived by one sister, Charlene Soucy of Biddeford; two brothers, Reginald Bouchard and Nelson Bouchard, both of Madawaska; one niece and two nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 16, at St. Thomas Aquinas Church. Family and friends may call 8:30 a.m. until time of service Friday at Lajoie Funeral Home. Interment will be held later in the spring. For online condolences, please visit
