FARMINGTON, Maine — Police gave four teenagers trespass warnings early Saturday after a manager from McDonald’s on Main Street called to report damage to the men’s room, Police Department secretary Rachel Heseltine said Monday.
A call had come in at 3 a.m. that four people had torn a partition between bathroom stalls off the wall, she said, reading from officer William Tanner’s report.
Tanner gave a written trespass warning to Richard Armstrong, 18, of Farmington, Devin Meader, 18, of Farmington Falls, Shawn Keach, 19, of Chesterville and a 17-year-old Vienna boy, Heseltine said.
The boys were not charged and made arrangements with McDonald’s staff to pay for the damage. If they don’t, then they will face criminal charges, she said.

if they were black youths, bet they would have been arrested. ….tell me i am wrong
Seriously? Trying to drag racial injustice into something as simple as this?
NOT CHARGED??? Guaranteeing they will do this again. Parents will pay for the damages. They are ALL old enough to know better. Mark my words…we will see these names again in the police beat in the future.
What were they doing out at 3 a.m.?
Nothing Good Happens After 2 A.M.
I didn’t think anything good happened after midnight.
Depends on the little womans mood at the time!
I was allowing for Daylight Savings Time plus time to get home.
How about pay for damages AND criminal charges????
More crap out of Farmington.
