BANGOR – Nola M. DeRoche, 62, passed away May 13, 2012, surrounded by her family at home. She was born Feb. 21, 1950, in Bangor, daughter of Edmund “Chummy” and Marie (Doucette) Tardiff.

Nola was the oldest of four siblings. She was a 1968 graduate of Bangor High School and married Robert DeRoche, July 20, 1968, and was a loving, caring wife and mother for 44 years.

She is survived by her husband, Robert DeRoche of Bangor; daughter, Lisa Chase and husband, John “Jay” Chase, of Glenburn; son, Robert DeRoche Jr. and wife, Annette, of Glenburn; grandchildren, Alicia Cadwell, Kelsea and Robert DeRoche, III; one sister, Brenda Lassen of Charleston; aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and friends. She was predeceased by her parents; and two siblings, William and Edmund Tardiff.

Family and friends may visit 6-8 p.m. Thursday, May 17, at Kiley & Foley Funeral Service, 69 State St., Brewer. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. Friday, May 18, at St. Paul the Apostle Parish, St. John’s Catholic Church, York Street, Bangor.
