MILFORD – Lee Ann Wilcox, 50, died May 28, 2012, at a Bangor hospital after a brief illness. She was born Aug. 10, 1961, in Bangor, a daughter of H. Leigh and Patricia Rae (Cunliffe) Lloyd.
Lee Ann was a 1979 graduate of Old Town High School and was employed as the office manager of Old Town Lumber Co. for 20 years before being forced to retire early due to illness. She loved her German shepherds dearly, Rocky, Kaiser, Baron and Roxi, and enjoyed many walks on the trails through the woods. She was an avid reader and enjoyed crafts. Most of all, Lee Ann will be remembered for her dry, witty humor and her never give up attitude. She was a loving, supportive and caring partner and soulmate to Bruce for more than 30 years. She liked all people and never had an enemy in the world.
She is survived by her husband, Bruce; her father, H. Leigh Lloyd of Old Town; sister, Beth McLellan and her husband, Michael, of Weare, N.H.; brother, Robert Lloyd of Alton; mother-in-law and father-in law, Audrey and Charlie Wilcox of Bradley; brother-in-law, Brian Wilcox and his wife, Paula, of Bradley; maternal grandmother, Helen Cunliffe of Houlton and Grammy Margaret Brooks of Bradley; and three nieces, Bonnie McLellan, Erin DeGrasse and Lauren Wilcox Britton. She was predeceased by her mother, Patricia Lloyd; and uncle, Roger Cunliffe.
