PATTEN – Nancy Dauphinee, 81, died June 5, 2012, in Bangor. She was born May 22, 1931, in Patten, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clayton.
Nancy was a member of Patten Pentecostal Church, had worked at Red Cross as an administrator and at the Salvation Army, Bangor. She enjoyed knitting mittens and sweaters for children, and was a nanny for the McGee family and was dearly loved by them.
She is survived by two sons, Gordon and his wife, Rosanne, of Patten and Michael and his wife, Bonnie, of Melbourne, Fla.; eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents; a son, Peter; and brothers, Charles, Ledger and Phil.
