WEST ENFIELD – Brenda M. Cyr, 58, passed away unexpectedly March 18, 2013, at her home with her family at her side. She was born Nov. 29, 1954, in Lincoln, daughter of Edmund and Helen (Bard) Cyr. Brenda loved to plant flowers in the spring.
She is survived by a sister, Linda Cyr; two brothers, Leo Cyr and Joe Cyr and wife, Brenda; nieces and nephews, Morgan Cyr, Joey Cyr, Nathan Cyr, Mark Fisher, Mike Fisher, Justin Fisher, Beth Gerry, Ricky Cyr, Brandon Lane, Lori Jandreau, Nicole Jandreau, Ashley Boulrisse, Amanda Kimball, Jessica Richard, Stephanie Smith and Katie Page; and two special godchildren, Corey Edmund Cyr and Meagan Cyr Mattice. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by two sisters, Betty Ann Cyr and Theresa Fisher; and two brothers, Edmund Cyr Jr. and Richard Cyr Sr.
Friends may call 7-9 p.m. Thursday, March 21, at Clay Funeral Home, 7 Lee Road, Lincoln. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated noon Friday at St. Leo the Great Catholic Church, Howland, with the Rev. James McGhee, celebrant. Spring interment will be at St. Matthew Cemetery.
