CARIBOU and WASHBURN – Phoebe Fern Berglind, 86, wife of the late Arthur Berglind, died May 5, 2013, in Houlton. She was born Aug. 1, 1926, in Woodland, the daughter of the late Harry and Clara Mae (Borden) Nedeau.
She is survived by daughter, Kim Palmer of McKeesport, Pa.; grandchildren, Regina Dawn Jason and husband, David, David Mehrmann and Maria Palmer; great-grandson, Zachary David Jason; and many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Berglind was predeceased by her husband, Arthur in 2005.
Friends may call noon until time of services held 2 p.m. Thursday, May 9, at Mockler Funeral Home, 24 Reservoir St., Caribou, with the Rev. Bruce Blakney officiating. Interment will be at West Jemptland Cemetery. www.mocklerfuneralhome.com.
