WINTERPORT – Mary Louise Wadleigh, 76, beloved daughter of Marjorie D. Wadleigh and Forrest W. Wadleigh went to be with Jesus and meet her beloved Ken Ginn on Dec. 8, 2013. Mary was born April 16, 1937, in Winterport.
Mary was a lifelong resident of Winterport. She worked at Ken Beatty’s Store, Clements Hatchery, and at several housekeeping jobs. Mary will be remembered as a loving daughter, mother, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend.
Mary is survived by her loving mother; a daughter, Judith Lee Fuller; a brother, Robert F. Wadleigh; a sister, Karen A. Sprague and husband, Walter E.; nieces, Crystal Tropeano, Tracy Sprague, and Abigail Sprague; nephews, Robbie Wadleigh and wife, Kimberly, Kevin Wadleigh, and Ryan Sprague and wife, Amanda; cousins, Jeanie, Kathleen, Carleen, Helen, Raymond, and Lloyd; her close friend, Kathy; and her beloved feline companion, Timmy. Mary was predeceased by her father, and several aunts and uncles.
Mary wanted to make sure that special friends Connie and Doug Roncoe, Lynn and Wayne Nunn, Sonja Parker, Brandy Gray, Stan Bowden, and Steve in the CCU at EMMC were thanked for all they did for her.
Family and friends are invited to visit noon – 1 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 12, at Hampden-Gilpatrick Funeral Home, 45 Western Ave., Hampden, where a celebration of Mary’s life will begin at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Judy Ahles officiating. Interment will be immediately following at Oak Hill Cemetery, Winterport In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Mary’s honor may be made to the Winterport Volunteer Ambulance Service, P.O.
