A Casco man is recovering from injuries after his Jeep rolled over on Route 302 in Naples on Saturday afternoon.
Jason Grimes, 42, was driving west along Route 302 when the transmissions or rear end of his Jeep locked up, causing him to lose control, according to the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office.
Grimes was thrown from the vehicle as it rolled. He was taken to Maine Medical Center in Portland for treatment of injuries not believed to be life-threatening.
Grimes’ young daughter also was in the vehicle, secured in a child safety seat. She was taken to Maine Medical Center with no known injuries.
Naples Fire and Rescue and Raymond Rescue also responded to the crash.
