LEE – Calvin G. Ogden, 79, husband of Gloria (Cole) Ogden, died Nov. 9, 2007, at his home on Silver Lake. He was born March 18, 1928, in Lee, the son of Lemuel and Rose (Nelson) Ogden. Calvin enjoyed riding his four-wheeler and living on Silver Lake. He was known throughout the community for his kind heart and helping those who were in need. He also enjoyed being involved with the Lee Volunteer Fire Department. In addition to his wife, Gloria of Lee, he is survived by a brother, Myron, of Greenbush; several nieces and nephews. He also leaves his longtime friend, Cliffy Kneeland. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by two brothers, Kenneth and Lloyd. Graveside services will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 17, at Woodlawn Cemetery, Lee, with the Rev. Vince Hartford officiating.
