BANGOR and HERMON – A funeral service for Desmond L. Moores will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, at Brookings-Smith, 133 Center St., Bangor with the Rev. Dr. Rex H. Garrett officiating. Interment will be in Mount Hope Cemetery, Bangor. Family invites relatives and friends to share conversation and refreshments at the Brookings-Smith Family Center, 163 Center St., immediately following the service Wednesday.
