BREWER and BANGOR Keegan Labron Byrd, 25 days, died July 18, 2008, at a Portland hospital. He was born June 23, 2008, in Bangor, the son of Rebecca M. Byrd. Keegan was with us for only a brief time, but his love and smile will be with us forever. In addition to his mother of Brewer, he is survived by a brother, Tristan A. Byrd: a sister, Taylor P. Byrd; maternal grandfather, Will E. Byrd; maternal grandmother, Glenda Byrd; two uncles, Jason D. Byrd and companion, Felicia, and Ernie Byrd; a maternal great-grandmother, Thelma Ross, all of Texas; many nieces, nephews and cousins, many other family members; and also the family of Innovative Marketing, who have been very supportive. A service of remembrance will be held 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 30, at Brookings-Smith, 133 Center St., Bangor, with Brent Ellbwood officiating.
