EAGLE LAKE and WATERBURY, Conn. – Leo J. Perreault, 75, husband of Joanne (Pipher) Perreault, died Oct. 19, 2004, at home in Eagle Lake after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born Nov. 1, 1928, in Eagle Lake, the son of Joseph and Eveline (Pelletier) Perreault. Leo was a life long resident of Connecticut until he retired and moved back to Eagle Lake 10 years ago. He is survived by his wife, Joanne, of Eagle Lake; three sons, Leo Paul of Thomaston, Conn., Joseph David of Oakville, Conn., and Roland of Harwinton, Conn.; two daughters, Diane Tardie and Donna Lamanna of Waterbury, Conn.; three step-children, Debra Bock and Daniel Beaudoin of Waterbury, Conn. and Andre Beaudoin of New Haven, Conn.; his mother-in-law, Edna Pipher of Prospect, Conn.; several grandchildren, step-grandchildren, great-grand-children; many nieces and nephews and cousins; two brothers, Edmund and Paul Perreault of New Britain, Conn.; six sisters, Jeanne Boutote, Juanita Gagnon, Juliette LaChance, and Madeline Nolan of Waterbury, Conn., Doris Pelletier of New Britain, Conn., and Elaine Marin of Fort Kent. He was predeceased by his parents; two infant sons, John and Joseph; two brothers, Normand and Eddie; three sisters, Germain Clark, Pauline LaBonte, and Jacqueline Lange. At his request, there will be no visiting hours and no service. Burial will take place at Evergreen Cemetery in New Haven, Conn., at a later date.
