FARMINGTON – Mary Fountain, 82, died peacefully in the afternoon Nov. 12, 2007. She will be remembered for her kindness of heart, endless patience and love of family. She spent much of her life devoted to her family and running the family business, the Lumberjack Lodge at Sugarloaf Mountain, Carrabassett Valley. She also had a keen interest in nature and a love for wild plant and bird identification. She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Richard Fountain; four children, Suzanne Fountain of Boston, Deborah Foutain Kimsey and husband, Scott, of Honolulu, David Fountain of Paddockwood, Saskatchewan, and Gary Fountain; and her two grandchildren, Nicholas and Clark Fountain of Southwest Harbor. She was deeply loved and will be sadly missed by all. There will be a celebration of her life 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 17, at Sacred Heart Church, West Brookfield, Mass. Interment will be at St. Paul’s Cemetery, Warren, Mass.
