ORIENT – Rosella Lasky, 89, wife of Alex Lasky, died from pneumonia, Oct. 8, 2003, at a Houlton hospital. She was born April 29, 1914, in Trenton, N.J., the daughter of Edgar and Susan (Hoyar) Rymond. Rosella was a graduate of Morrisville High School, Class of 1932, and a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Morrisville, Pa. She was a longtime scout leader and a longtime housemother for many of Alex’s football boys. In addition to her beloved husband of 66 years, Alex, she is survived by a son, Edgar Lasky and his wife, Doris, of Levittown, Pa; a daughter, Susan Lamach and her husband, Paul, of Orient; a granddaughter, Holly Bernie and her husband, Bill, of Yardley, Pa; a grandson, James Lasky, and his wife, Cathy, of Levittown, Pa; and two great-grandchildren, Jon and Stacy Lasky of Levittown, Pa.
