FORT FAIRFIELD and PRESQUE ISLE – Betty L. Duncan, 73, wife of the late William S. Duncan, passed away Thursday morning, Nov. 4, 2010, at a Bangor health care facility after an extended illness. In keeping with the family’s wishes, services will be private. Interment will take place at Riverside Cemetery, Fort Fairfield.
