DEXTER – Gloria Nadeau, 73, died Nov. 8, 2010, at a Dexter health care facility. She was born Jan. 23, 1937, in Dexter, a daughter of Benjamin and Mary (Daigle) Daigle. She graduated from Dexter High School, Class of 1955, and worked many years at Dexter Shoe Co. She was a communicant of St. Anne’s Catholic Church, Dexter. Gloria is survived by her husband, Ronald of Dexter; a son, Stephen and his wife, Tina, of Garland; a daughter, Sally Nadeau of Corinna; a sister, Madelyn Pelletier of East Hartford, Conn.; four grandchildren, Benjamin, Melanie, Crystal and Joey; and two great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by two brothers and their wives, Ernest and Blanche Daigle, and Vincent and Thelma Daigle; and a brother-in-law, Harold Pelletier. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Monday, Nov. 15, at St. Anne’s Church, 59 Free St., Dexter, with the Rev. Kent Ouellette officiating.
